Full Job Description

My client is a fast-growing, AHCA-licensed Agency in Region 9, Florida.

They specialise in Pediatric Nursing and are looking to appoint an Assistant Director of Nursing/ Quality Lead to lead their CHAP accreditation process, support clinical operations and progress into an Administrator position over the next 12–24 months.

The Company:

Fast-growing AHCA licensed Home Health Agency
Three active Medicaid provider numbers
Contracts with all LTC and MMA Managed Care Organisations
Specialist in Pediatric Private Duty Nursing
Defined pathway to become the Agency Administrator within 12–24 months
Work directly alongside the Owner/Administrator in a high-trust environment

The Role:

Lead the agency's CHAP accreditation process, including Medicare census build and survey preparation
Conduct OASIS-E assessments and ensure all Medicare documentation meets Conditions of Participation
Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures, QAPI programmes and compliance initiatives
Support the Director of Nursing with Medicaid operations, prior authorisations, plans of care and supervisory visits
Work closely with the Owner to develop into the Agency Administrator role over the next 12–24 months

Required Competencies:

Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) licence
Minimum 2–3 years' Home Health experience
Strong OASIS-E knowledge and Medicare documentation experience
Understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation
Valid Florida driver's licence and willingness to travel for field visits
CHAP, ACHC or Joint Commission accreditation experience would be highly advantageous
Experience with Medicaid, QAPI or Home Health leadership preferred
