Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our vibrant skincare and beauty team. ( Also open to do Massage Therapy) In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments, personalized skincare consultations, and innovative cosmetic procedures that enhance our clients’ natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued, cared for, and inspired to achieve their beauty goals. Duties

Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and laser treatments with precision and professionalism
Administer advanced cosmetic procedures such as lip blush tattooing, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, and permanent makeup to enhance clients’ features
Ensure all tattooing and piercing procedures adhere strictly to safety regulations and sanitation standards to protect client health
Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aesthetic treatments tailored to their individual needs
Maintain accurate medical records and client information using electronic medical record (EMR) systems while ensuring confidentiality
Follow infection control protocols diligently during all procedures to uphold the highest hygiene standards
Promote retail sales of skincare products and aesthetic services by providing knowledgeable recommendations that meet client goals

Skills

Certified Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices and skin anatomy
Proficient in performing lip blush, tattooing, permanent makeup, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, and other aesthetic tattooing techniques
Skilled in eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments
Strong understanding of color theory and skin anatomy to achieve natural-looking results in pigment application
Knowledgeable about tattoo and piercing safety regulations as well as sanitation and infection control standards
Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate and build rapport with diverse clientele
Experienced in using EMR systems for accurate record keeping and managing medical records securely
Capable of sales techniques to promote aesthetic treatments and skincare products effectively
