Full Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking experienced dog trainers who are looking to further develop their skills within a structured, balanced training program. Applicants should already have a strong foundation in professional dog handling and training. Under the guidance and supervision of our Head Trainers, you will continue to refine your training abilities while learning and applying our balanced training methodology.

Job Duties

Conduct professional dog training sessions following company protocols
Clean and maintain kennels and facility standards
Walk and exercise dogs
Complete daily agility and enrichment for every dog
Complete required continuing education to improve training and handling skills
Administer food and medications
Maintain accurate records and communicate dog progress with the training team
Other duties as assigned by management

Applicants Should Be

Have a minimum of 1 year of professional dog training experience (required)
Comfortable with the physical and sometimes dirty nature of kennel and training work
Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated
Able to follow directions quickly and precisely
Flexible with scheduling
Professional and well-spoken
Alert, observant, and focused at all times
Have reliable transportation
