Provides clerical and administrative support for the distribution center. Maintains reports, logs, and documentation, supports compliance and safety activities, monitors inbound shipments and inventory-related issues, and delivers timely customer service to internal and external customers.

Shift: 2nd Shift

Key Responsibilities

Provide clerical and administrative support for the distribution center.
Develop and maintain logs, reports, audit processes, SOX controls, and performance metrics to help prevent picking and shipping errors.
Coordinate safety training records, documentation, communications, and postings to support corporate and OSHA compliance.
Track and record inbound shipment arrival, duration, and departure times.
Notify management of potential detention charges and resolve inbound documentation discrepancies.
Provide timely customer service to internal and external customers.
Initiate inbound vendor and in-transit freight claims, including serial number discrepancy investigations.
Coordinate the disposition of damaged products and other related support activities.
Monitor non-conformance related to standard operating procedures (SOPs), processes, packaging, vendor cross-references, and UPC issues.
Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
HVAC industry experience preferred.
Knowledge of customer service principles and processes, including meeting quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with general office applications and SAP, including running queries, preferred.
