Full Job Description

DynaQuip Controls Corporation
For nearly 90 years, DynaQuip Controls has provided innovative fluid power solutions across manufacturing, energy, food & beverage, OEM, and industrial markets.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in St. Clair, Missouri. Daily in-person collaboration with our purchasing, operations, and warehouse teams is required.

Position Overview

DynaQuip Controls is seeking a motivated procurement professional to partner closely with our Purchasing Manager in procurement operations, supplier management, inventory planning, import compliance, and international logistics.

This is not an entry-level position. It is an accelerated succession-track opportunity intended for experienced purchasing associates already performing or capable of quickly growing into Purchasing Management through direct mentorship, increasing responsibility, and hands-on involvement in strategic procurement activities.

Responsibilities

· Process purchase orders and maintain accurate ERP purchasing data

· Manage MRO purchasing and component inventory replenishment

· Coordinate international shipments and communicate directly with customs brokers

· Ownership of HTS classification and import compliance documentation

· Analyze purchasing and inventory data using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel

· Support supplier relationship management and vendor performance evaluation

Qualifications

· Prior ERP system experience required

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office required

· Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing operations required

· Familiarity with import logistics, customs brokerage coordination, and HTS classification strongly preferred
