Full Job Description

We are located in Bayonne NJ. We are seeking to hire an Experienced Auto Body Estimator. We have an all brand new facility with state of the art equipment. We are currently looking to hire an estimator who is willing to grow with our company. Make Your Move Today!!

Qualifications but not limited to:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair with the ability to assess vehicle damage accurately and provide detailed estimates for repairs
Proficient in estimating software CCC One and Mitchell and pulling OEM repair procedures and position statements
Evaluate damaged vehicles and determine the necessary repairs required to restore them to pre-accident condition
Prepare detailed estimates for repair costs, including parts, labor, and additional services
Communicate effectively with customers to explain the repair process and answer any questions they may have
Collaborate with service technicians to ensure accurate assessments and timely repairs
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive repair techniques, tools, and technologies

Responsibilities but not limited to:

Key responsibilities of an Auto Body Estimator include owning the complete estimates and repair process, ensuring quality repairs are provided in a timely manner
Create detailed repair plans for all drive-in appointments as well as walk-in customers
Promptly review repair processes with customers to ensure satisfaction
Maintain compliance with DRP procedures when opening files for each vehicle
Briefly check in vehicles upon drop-off from customers followed by thorough preparation of final customer packets before returning their property
Aiding compliance towards up-to-date OEM guidelines is also crucial
Smooth communication post-repair regarding vehicle status updates enables greater efficiency throughout this process including test drives until final delivery after satisfactory completion which showcases exceptional commitment serving others delivering impeccable results maintaining best outcomes always leading clients wherever needed meeting challenges appropriately across diverse scenarios building trust while striving continually evolving ourselves remaining adaptable changing quickly adapting environments like intense fast-paced situations effectively handling stress
