Flexible Part-Time | 15-25 Hours Per Week

A busy professional household is seeking a highly capable Personal Assistant / Household Manager to help manage the day-to-day logistics of family life, household and business operations, scheduling, errands, appointments, transportation, organization, purchasing decisions, and administrative support.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order from complexity and can comfortably move between household responsibilities, personal assistance, and occasional business-related support.

One day may involve comparing service providers, researching purchases, coordinating appointments, organizing records, or managing schedules. Another day may involve running errands, transporting children, meeting contractors, helping with pet-related needs, or solving unexpected problems.

The environment is active, informal, and constantly changing. The successful candidate will be comfortable around older children, pets, ongoing projects, and a household that prioritizes getting things done over maintaining appearances.

Strong organizational skills are essential. The ideal candidate is financially minded, comfortable comparing costs and options, capable of helping evaluate purchases, and confident managing details without requiring constant supervision. Experience with budgeting, bookkeeping, administrative support, operations, project coordination, or office management is highly valued. Experience with or willingness to prepare occasional healthy foods is preferable.

Applicants should possess excellent judgment, strong communication skills, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.

This position requires discretion, to include a Non-Disclosure Agreement for the household and the Business’ Clients, adaptability, common sense, and an incredible sense of humor.

The right person is unlikely to be overly formal, easily rattled, or dependent on rigid procedures. They should be comfortable making decisions, solving problems independently, and adapting when plans inevitably change.

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
