Full Job Description

Dominus Solutions is expanding its battery storage division and looking for a sharp, coachable closer to work a warm pipeline. You’ll work exclusively with existing solar homeowners — customers who already believe in clean energy — presenting battery backup solutions that protect their investment and eliminate utility dependence.

Leads are fed directly to you. Your focus is one thing: close.

Duties

Receive and work a steady pipeline of pre-qualified leads from existing solar customers
Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to assess energy usage and present battery storage solutions
Clearly articulate the value of battery backup — outage protection, bill optimization, energy independence
Guide customers through product options, financing, and the installation process from contract to close
Maintain accurate deal updates inside our CRM
Follow up diligently on open opportunities with support from the team
Collaborate with install coordination for smooth post-sale handoff
Meet and exceed monthly closed-deal volume targets

Compensation

100% Commission — 1099
Leads provided at no cost to you
$80,000–$150,000+ annual earning potential
Flexible schedule

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales or closing experience
Strong communicator — verbal and written
Self-motivated with high accountability
Comfortable with CRM tools
Solar or energy background a plus — but not required
Driven by performance-based income
