Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Dynamic Caregiver to join our dedicated team in providing exceptional support and compassionate care to individuals with diverse needs. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the quality of life for residents by delivering personalized assistance, fostering independence, and creating a warm, nurturing environment. Your proactive approach and attentive nature will ensure that each individual receives the highest standard of care, promoting safety, well-being, and dignity every day. Responsibilities

Provide direct support with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance using equipment such as Hoyer lifts and manual handling techniques
Monitor residents’ vital signs, observe patient conditions, and report any changes promptly to healthcare professionals
Assist with medication administration following prescribed care plans while adhering to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy and confidentiality
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal service to promote health and enjoyment
Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing routine cleaning tasks and ensuring infection control protocols are followed
Support residents with cognitive impairments such as dementia or Alzheimer’s by implementing memory care strategies and engaging in meaningful activities
Document care activities accurately in compliance with healthcare standards and assist in developing or updating personalized care plans

Skills

Proven experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments
Strong patient observation skills with the ability to recognize changes in condition or behavior promptly
Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, hospice care, and neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism
Competency in using medical equipment including Hoyer lifts, blood pressure monitors, and other vital signs measurement tools
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, medication administration procedures, and patient monitoring protocols
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and assist with manual handling tasks involving residents or equipment
Excellent communication skills for working effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
Valid CPR and First Aid certifications; ongoing training preferred in geriatrics, social work, or related fields
