The Project Coordinator keeps QNC's projects moving by making sure crews have the materials, equipment, information, and support they need before they need it. This role connects the office, vendors, subcontractors, and field crews, helping projects stay organized, efficient, and on schedule.
Working at QNC
QNC builds custom homes, so every project has different materials, timelines, and challenges. A successful Project Coordinator stays several steps ahead instead of reacting to problems after they happen. They enjoy creating order from moving pieces, communicating with people, and finding solutions before delays occur.
This position emphasizes planning, organization, communication, and accountability. QNC needs someone who naturally notices details, follows through on commitments, and understands that even small tasks—like ordering materials and tracking permits — have a direct impact on the success of the entire project. Success in this role comes from taking ownership. Rather than waiting to be told what needs done, the Project Coordinator continuously looks ahead, identifies potential issues, and follows every task through to completion.
Daily contact: the Construction Manager, foremen, field crews, vendors, and office staff. Regular contact: subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and delivery personnel.
This person represents QNC through professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail in every interaction.
