Summary: A QC Technician is responsible to monitor and address quality issues and concerns in assigned department in manufacturing of the spas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitor quality issues in the spas and the processes associated with manufacturing them.
Neatly complete quality checklists for each spa.
Neatly complete other paperwork such as Pass/Fail Tracking, Inspection Records, Management of Change, and other paperwork as needed.
Communicate with Production Workers to address quality issues and have them fixed.
Communicate with Production Leads to address on-going or severe quality issues and concerns.
Read and interpret the spa blueprint accurately.
Follow the Standard Operating Procedure applicable to designated department
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
