Full Job Description

SCHROTH is a leading developer and manufacturer of innovative occupant protection and restraint systems for highly specialized aerospace, defense, and motorsport applications. We are currently seeking an ERP Specialist that will assist in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our ERP system (SAGE), while also supporting IT backup functions. The ERP Specialist works closely with a cross-functional team to implement approved changes, improve data integrity, and enhance ERP utilization across the organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Maintain item master data, BOMs, routings, work centers, labor standards, and planning parameters.

· Configure and maintain ERP workflows, approvals, and transaction controls.

· Process and validate Engineering Change Orders and master data requests.

· Conduct routine audits of ERP data and implement corrective actions as required.

· Support MRP functionality through accurate system configuration and maintenance.

· Support Planning and procurement by verifying ERP inventory data accuracy.

· Develop and maintain ERP procedures, work instructions, and training materials.

· Provide user support and training for ERP-related processes.

· Generate reports, dashboards, and data analyses to support operational decision-making.

· Lead ERP cleanup initiatives and master data improvement projects.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to improve system efficiency and business processes.

EXPERIENCE

· Strong understanding of BOMs, routings, MRP, inventory management, and engineering change control.

· SQL Server database language or programming knowledge preferred, or equivalent.

· Experience with aerospace, industrial manufacturing, or regulated production environments preferred.

· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
