Salary: $80,000-$90,000

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000-$140,000

About the Opportunity

Eversys North America is looking for a motivated and inspiring sales professional to join our winning team as Territory Sales Manager for the Central Texas region. Founded in 2009, Eversys bridges the gap between traditional coffee culture and super-automatic technology—bringing premium espresso to specialty cafes, airport lounges, corporate offices globally. We are seeking a self-starter who pairs sharp sales acumen with a passion for building lasting relationships and driving revenue in commercial beverage equipment.

What You'll Do

Drive Territory Growth: Perform proactive outreach to target accounts, manage inbound leads, and deliver on annual sales targets using market data and company sales strategy.
Demonstrate & Close: Schedule, set up, and execute compelling product and equipment demonstrations that showcase the unique capabilities of Eversys technology.
Engage Decision-Makers: Cultivate relationships and conduct sales calls with key influencers across coffee roasters, distributors, corporate clients, and end-users.
Forecast & Analyze: Prepare monthly sales forecasts, track pipeline activity, and provide market feedback to leadership to refine regional strategy.
Represent the Brand: Represent Eversys at industry trade shows and events, traveling up to 70% within the Central Texas region to expand market presence.

What You Bring

Proven Sales Track Record: 3+ years of consistently hitting or exceeding quota in a full-cycle B2B outside sales environment.
Industry Expertise: 5+ years of experience in commercial food/beverage equipment or adjacent sectors, with a solid understanding of the coffee market.
Relationship & Deal Management: 5+ years in business development, account management, and strategic relationship-building across diverse stakeholder levels.
Technical & Travel Readiness: Proficiency with GSuite and MS Office (Salesforce experience is a plus) and readiness to travel up to 70% within the territory.
Core Competencies: Self-starter mindset, excellent communication skills, and a balanced focus on closing new business while building long-term client trust.
