Your role is to ensure guests feel welcomed, attended to with care, and leave satisfied, all while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate orders using Toast Point Of Sale
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards
Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to sanitation protocols
Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience or food service background required; fine dining experience is required
Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relations
Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts
Experience with food industry standards such as serving, bussing, and host/hostess duties
Knowledge of food preparation processes and kitchen support roles beneficial
Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure seamless service
