Full Job Description

Job Summary

The E-commerce Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day e-commerce fulfillment operations, inventory tracking, and customer service across platforms such as Shopify, Vinoshipper, Gmail and ShipStation. This role ensures accurate and efficient order processing and shipping, keeps inventory systems up to date, and supports customer satisfaction through responsive service. This position also requires close collaboration with the sales team and other departments across the company to ensure all samples and donation requests are smooth, coordinated operations. Additionally, this role leads the seasonal Apple Gift Box Shipping Program, which includes coordinating seasonal team efforts and ensuring all fulfillment goals are met.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

(Additional duties may be assigned)

Order Fulfillment & Customer Service

Coordinate order fulfillment through Vinoshipper, Shopify and Shipstation platforms. Assist with company wide shipping requests and sales orders. Assemble and coordinate donation baskets for various requests.
Assist with customer inquiries via email/phone regarding cancellations/refunds/damaged/out of stock items. Help with customer subscriptions and club orders through Shopify Recharge and Vinoshipper Cider Club.
Proactively communicate with management about stock levels, customer concerns, or system issues.
Interact with all customers and teammates in a professional, accurate, and courteous manner.
Positively represent the brand across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
Keep workspaces clean, organized, and safe.

Inventory & Platform Management

Conduct end-of-month inventory counts where needed. Monitor stock levels and place appropriate purchase orders.
Track expiration and lot dates on perishable products and alert management as needed.
Add, remove and update products and collections on Shopify/Vinoshipper.
Ensure systems are integrated and functioning properly for fulfillment needs.

Seasonal Operations – Apple Gift Box Program

Lead the seasonal apple program, coordinating packing and fulfillment.
Ensure quality and accuracy in all seasonal shipments.

Donation Requests

Assemble donation baskets in response to donation requests, including coordinating pick-up with the requesting organization or individual.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Deliver strong, positive customer service by responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and co-workers via phone or email.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all fulfillment-related tasks.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Shopify. ShipStation, Vinoshipper and Acumatica knowledge a plus.
This is an in-person position requiring punctuality, consistent attendance, and reliability.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and composure.
Highly customer service focused, with a strong commitment to meeting customer and team needs.
Must be a team player, supporting company initiatives as needed.

Mental Requirements

Close mental and visual attention required to perform work dealing primarily with communicating effectively with vendors, customers and coworkers.

Physical Exertion: Light work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Load and unload cases of product, lift, lower and move product in warehouse.

Environmental Conditions: Inside and Outside Work: With exposure to temperature changes.

Travel: This position may include light travel.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
