Kodiak Labor Solutions is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role for someone who knows how to find passive talent, build relationships, and move candidates from initial outreach through offer.
You’ll support a high-impact operating division with a steady pipeline of hiring needs and the opportunity to build long-term talent relationships. This is a strong fit for a recruiter who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their searches, and wants meaningful earning potential.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for salaried positions across construction and manufacturing
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
- Manage candidate pipelines, phone screens, interviews, and offer processes
- Build long-term relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities
- Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics to keep the process efficient
- Represent the organization professionally in the talent market
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of salaried recruiting experience in construction or manufacturing
- Proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
- Comfortable working independently while partnering closely with hiring managers
Preferred Experience
- Agency recruiting or high-volume recruiting experience
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting/sourcing tools
