Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our growth initiatives and elevate our brand presence across diverse markets. This energetic leader will drive innovative sales strategies, oversee comprehensive marketing campaigns and foster strong relationships with clients and partners. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for business development, exceptional management skills and a proven track record in B2B sales, event planning, technology sales and/or account management. Join us to spearhead our sales and marketing efforts and deliver impactful results that propel our organization forward.

Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue targets across multiple channels.
Lead the management of key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and tailored solutions.
Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the customer base.
Oversee marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales objectives through digital marketing, events, and promotional activities.
Utilize analysis skills to monitor sales performance metrics, market trends and competitive landscape; adjust strategies accordingly for optimal results.
Leverage CRM tools such as Salesforce to track prospects, manage pipelines, and streamline communication with clients.
Negotiate contracts and proposals with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining company standards.
Collaborate with product teams to align technical sales efforts with product offerings and customer needs.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement in customer service standards to ensure client retention and loyalty.

Experience

Proven experience in outside sales with a focus on B2B environments, especially within event planning and hospitality sales sectors.
Demonstrated success managing teams in a management or leadership capacity within sales or marketing functions.
Extensive background in business development, account management and negotiation strategies that drive revenue growth.
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
Experience in developing integrated marketing initiatives that support sales objectives.
Excellent communication skills combined with customer service expertise to build lasting client relationships.
