Early-Stage SaaS | High Ownership | Build From Zero
We are building a SaaS platform designed to modernize niche industries. We have product, integrations, and a captive audience. What we need now is visible momentum and narrative gravity.
We are not hiring someone to “manage social.”
We are hiring someone to help shape how the market sees us.
This role sits in the office, inside the business — close to sales, product, and leadership — and turns real friction, real conversations, and real insights into market-facing momentum.
What You Will Own
- Reinforce and evolve our core narrative and point of view
- Publish 3–5 strong, consistent posts per week across LinkedIn and niche channels
- Build and nurture community conversations
- Actively engage with industry leaders and operators
- Turn sales calls, product updates, and customer friction into sharp content
- Support product launches with structured launch arcs (not just announcements)
- Help execute email campaigns and activation pushes
- Monitor market sentiment and surface insights to leadership
- Track engagement, DMs, demo interest, and content performance
- Create visible weekly momentum
You are not waiting for instructions.
You are in the room. Listening. Shipping. Iterating.
What This Role Is (And Isn’t)
This is:
- Narrative execution
- Community building
- Market activation
- High-speed iteration
- Startup ownership
This is not:
- A corporate marketing job
- A brand deck role
- A design-only position
- A passive content scheduler
You Should Have
- Strong writing and storytelling ability & creativity
- Experience building or contributing to a clear market narrative
- Experience growing an engaged community (not just followers)
- Comfort engaging publicly and representing the brand voice
- Ability to move quickly without waiting for perfection
- Comfort with metrics and iteration
- Interest in tech, AI, SaaS, or niche industries
- A bias toward action
Bonus if you:
- Have B2B or SaaS experience
- Have worked in early-stage startups
- Have experience in industrial, automotive, or blue-collar markets
- Have a direct-response mindset
Why This Role Matters
We are early.
Your work will be visible.
You will help define how an entire niche industry perceives us.
If you want a predictable, layered corporate marketing job, this isn’t it.
If you want to build momentum from zero and grow with a company long term, apply.
To Apply
Send:
- A link to content you’ve created that built real engagement
- An example of a community you’ve helped grow
- A 10-day launch strategy
We're looking for an unusually hands-on Director of Marketing & GTM to own the day-to-day execution of Sabhi's marketing and go-to-market strategy.
This is not a role for someone who wants to manage a large agency roster or spend their day creating marketing plans for other people to execute.
You'll be expected to execute.
You'll work directly with the founder to turn company strategy, product developments, customer insights, industry conversations, and market opportunities into campaigns, content, launches, sales materials, PR, events, and measurable pipeline.
One day you may be developing a GTM campaign for our existing database. The next you may be creating a LinkedIn campaign, preparing a trade publication pitch, updating sales collateral, coordinating a product announcement, working with the sales team on an objection they're hearing, or turning a customer insight into content before a competitor does.
You should be equally comfortable thinking strategically and opening the tools to build the thing yourself.
What You'll OwnGo-to-Market
Own and execute the GTM plan for Sabhi's launch and growth.
Translate company strategy into specific campaigns, audiences, messaging, channels, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
Build campaigns around our existing industry relationships and customer database before defaulting to paid acquisition.
Partner closely with sales to understand what prospects are saying, where deals stall, what messaging resonates, and what the market needs to hear next.
Support new product releases, integrations, partnerships, vertical expansion, and major company announcements.
Content & Social
Own Sabhi's organic content engine across LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
Develop content that builds both the Sabhi brand and executive thought leadership.
Turn product capabilities, industry problems, customer conversations, data, trends, and founder POV into compelling content.
Create and maintain a consistent publishing cadence without producing content simply to fill a calendar.
Develop recurring content franchises, including thought leadership, educational content, product stories, customer stories, market commentary, and Sabhi Signals.
Write, create, publish, measure, learn, and improve.
PR & Industry Presence
Build relationships with relevant trade publications, journalists, podcasts, associations, event organizers, and industry influencers.
Identify stories worth telling rather than relying solely on traditional press releases.
Develop pitches, contributed articles, announcements, executive commentary, award submissions, speaking opportunities, and media materials.
Help position Sabhi and its leadership as credible voices around the future of commerce, AI, trust, fraud prevention, customer experience, and technology in fragmented industries.
Own the communications strategy around major launches, partnerships, investments, integrations, and company milestones.
Sales Enablement
Work directly with sales to create the materials they actually need to close business.
Own and continuously improve:
- Pitch decks
- One-pagers
- Product sheets
- Competitive positioning
- Objection handling
- Demo messaging
- Customer stories
- Email campaigns
- Event collateral
- Partner materials
Marketing should not operate separately from revenue. What the sales team learns in the field should continuously feed the marketing strategy.
Website & Digital
Own the marketing side of Sabhi.io.
Continuously improve messaging, landing pages, conversion paths, product storytelling, and calls to action based on what we're learning from the market.
Coordinate design and development resources when necessary, but be capable of making meaningful progress without turning every website change into a project.
Events & Industry Marketing
Develop the strategy for trade shows, association events, conferences, sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and industry partnerships.
Determine where Sabhi genuinely needs to show up—and where spending money simply to put a logo somewhere doesn't make sense.
Create campaigns before, during, and after events so an event becomes a GTM motion rather than a three-day booth rental.
Measurement
Build a simple, useful marketing dashboard.
Track what matters:
Pipeline generated.
Qualified opportunities.
Database activation.
Demo requests.
Campaign conversion.
Content engagement.
Website conversion.
Earned media.
Event ROI.
Sales feedback.
Know the difference between activity and traction.
How We Work
Sabhi is an AI-native company.
We expect marketing to operate that way too.
You should be comfortable using modern AI and creative tools to research, write, design, analyze, repurpose, automate, and execute at a level that previously required several people.
That might include tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Figma, Canva, video-generation and editing tools, marketing automation platforms, and whatever emerges next.
We don't care whether something traditionally required three agencies and six weeks.
We care whether you can figure out the fastest high-quality way to get it done.
AI should increase your output and judgment—not replace either.
Who We're Looking For
You are probably a fit if you:
- Have 7+ years of experience across B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, automotive technology, vertical SaaS, logistics, or another complex B2B market.
- Have personally built and executed GTM campaigns—not just supervised them.
- Can write exceptionally well.
- Understand how to translate complicated products into simple market stories.
- Have experience with social, content, PR, product marketing, launches, and sales enablement.
- Understand that brand and revenue are connected.
- Are highly comfortable with AI and modern marketing technology.
- Can produce credible work without waiting for an agency or large internal team.
- Know when something needs to be polished and when speed matters more.
- Are comfortable working directly with a founder.
- Can take an idea that is 70% formed, understand the intent, challenge it when necessary, and turn it into something real.
- Have strong judgment and don't require a detailed playbook for every assignment.
You're Probably Not a Fit If
You need a large team underneath you before you can execute.
Your primary skill is managing agencies.
You think social media means filling a 30-day content calendar.
You measure marketing primarily in impressions and followers.
You need every assignment fully scoped before you begin.
You're uncomfortable with rapid iteration or an early-stage environment.
You believe writing, design, research, analysis, and campaign creation should automatically be handed to five different specialists.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 90 days, Sabhi has a clear and active GTM operating rhythm.
Our existing market knows we're here.
Our sales team has better tools and stronger messaging.
Our social presence has a recognizable point of view.
We have an active industry PR and thought-leadership pipeline.
Product launches and company announcements have coordinated campaigns behind them.
Our website and collateral tell the same story.
We're consistently learning which messages, channels, audiences, and campaigns create actual demand.
Most importantly, marketing is no longer something we're planning to do.
It's happening every week.
