Tax Resolution Sales Closer— Warm Inbound Leads

Full-Time: Monday - Friday

In-Person

Compensation: $75,000–$150,000+ annually based on performance | Uncapped Commission

Anderson Bradshaw Consulting is an established tax resolution firm helping individuals and businesses navigate serious IRS and tax problems.

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Tax Resolution Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team.

This is not a cold-calling position. We invest heavily in marketing and provide our sales team with a consistent flow of warm inbound prospects actively seeking tax help. Your job is to understand the taxpayer’s situation, clearly explain their options, establish trust, and help qualified prospects take the next step toward resolving their tax problem.

We are looking for someone who can combine empathy, confidence, urgency, and strong sales ability. The people who call us are often under significant financial pressure. They need someone who can listen, communicate clearly, take control of the conversation, and confidently guide them toward a solution.

What You’ll Do

Consult with warm inbound prospects seeking help with IRS and tax problems
Identify the taxpayer’s needs, concerns, and financial circumstances
Clearly explain our services and recommended next steps
Build trust and establish rapport quickly over the phone
Follow up consistently with qualified prospects
Convert opportunities into new clients
Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activity in our CRM
Work closely with our resolution and client-service teams
Meet and exceed individual sales and revenue goals
Continuously improve through call reviews, coaching, training, and performance feedback

Strong phone-sales and closing ability
Excellent listening and communication skills
Confidence discussing sensitive financial situations
Ability to create urgency without using high-pressure tactics
Competitive, accountable, and results-oriented mindset
Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a structured, metrics-driven sales environment
Coachable and committed to improving
Tax resolution, financial services, debt resolution, legal intake, insurance, or other consultative sales experience is a plus
