Full Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machinery and possess knowledge of lathe operations, GD&T, precision measuring instruments, , caliper usage, blueprint reading, and milling machines.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Proficiency in CNC programming and operation
- Knowledge of GD&T principles
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong mathematical skills for measurements and calculations
- Experience with lathe operations, welding, and milling machines is a plus
