Location: Physical Rehabilitation

Hourly Range: $15.27-$18.86

How you’ll contribute

An Office Coordinator who excels in this role:

Directs patients and visitors while promoting positive guest relations.
Accurately obtains demographic and insurance information, and is responsible for upfront collections.
General clerical tasks as assigned.

What we’re looking for: Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent.

1 year of experience working in a therapy or healthcare office setting strongly preferred.
Previous experience working with Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance rules and regulations strongly preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology strongly preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) required, preferably before hire. May obtain within 30 days of hire.
