Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Front Desk Staff member to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. This role is vital in creating a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. As the front line of communication, you will manage administrative tasks, handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, and ensure smooth office operations. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help foster a welcoming environment while supporting daily office functions and client interactions.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive
Answer, screen, and direct all incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism
Manage front desk operations including scheduling reservations
Support office management tasks assisting with administrative projects
Maintain a tidy and professional reception area to reflect a welcoming atmosphere
Communicate effectively with clients and staff through clear verbal and written correspondence, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and customer support skills

Requirement

Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with a focus on front desk responsibilities
Previous office experience involving clerical tasks such as proofreading, calendar management, and document preparation
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills for client interaction and phone reception duties
Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while supporting multiple administrative functions
Personal assistant or receptionist experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for specific office procedures
