Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate RCFE Administrator to lead and oversee the daily operations of our senior care community. In this vital role, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional assisted living services, foster a positive environment for residents and staff, and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards. Your leadership will drive quality care, operational efficiency, and resident satisfaction, creating a welcoming home where seniors thrive. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults while demonstrating strong management expertise.

Responsibilities

Manage the overall operations of the RCFE facilities, including staff supervision, resident care, and administrative functions
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to residents’ needs, including memory care and dementia-specific services
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to assisted living, nursing home standards, and long-term care requirements
Oversee medication administration procedures and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure residents’ health needs are met safely and effectively
Lead staffing efforts by recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating team members to maintain high-quality care standards

Qualifications

Proven experience in RCFE administration with strong leadership skills
Extensive background in senior care, memory care, dementia care, or related fields such as home & community care or retirement homes
Knowledge of care plan development and implementation for residents with complex health needs
Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams effectively
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards governing long-term care facilities
Must have RCFE administration Certificate
