Escrow Assistant – Temecula, CA

Pay: $24.00–$25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Location: Temecula, CA

We are an independent escrow company built on integrity, communication, teamwork, and exceptional customer service. We believe great service starts with great people, and we're looking for an experienced Escrow Assistant to join our Temecula team.

Are you an experienced Escrow Assistant who is looking to grow into an Escrow Officer role? Are you organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about helping transactions close smoothly? If so, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

As an Escrow Assistant, you will work closely with our Branch Manager/Escrow Officer and help manage escrow transactions from opening through closing.

Responsibilities include:

Assist the Escrow Officer with opening, processing, and closing escrow transactions.
Manage all aspects of the escrow desk when the Escrow Officer is away.
Prepare, review, and organize escrow documents and files.
Communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and other parties throughout the transaction.
Order payoffs, demands, HOA documents, title reports, and other required items.
Ensure escrow files are complete, accurate, and compliant with company procedures and industry regulations.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally and promptly.
Maintain organized digital files and keep transaction information current.
Help keep transactions on schedule while providing exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2+ years of Escrow Assistant experience required.
Knowledge of the California escrow process from opening through closing.
Ability to confidently support and manage an escrow desk.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Experience with Streamline or other escrow software is a plus.
Commitment to providing exceptional service and building lasting client relationships.
Interest in professional growth and potentially advancing into an Escrow Officer role.
