We are seeking a dynamic and creative Sales Associate with Graphic Design experience to join our team at Decal Monkey. This role combines sales responsibilities with the ability to provide graphic design expertise, catering to our customers' needs for signage and custom t-shirt printing.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist customers in selecting signage and t-shirt designs that meet their specifications and budget.

- Use graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create and customize designs according to customer requests.

- Provide design recommendations and advice to customers, ensuring their vision is effectively translated into the final product.

- Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate execution of designs and timely delivery to customers.

- Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and services, upselling when appropriate, and following up on leads and inquiries.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the showroom and design area.

- Stay informed about industry trends, product features, and competitor offerings.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail or customer service environment.

- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
