What You'll Do (Day to Day)

Hire amazing people - great humans are non-negotiable.
Train, coach, and develop your team.
Manage purchasing, inventory and weekly P&L
Lead by example, participate on the floor, support servers, bartenders, BOH and keep the energy right.
Collaborate with leadership on programming, events, and growth initiatives.
Run meetings, enforce standards, and inspire your team to exceed them.

What We're Looking For

Proven restaurant/bar/nightlife management experience.
Experience with restaurant systems such as Toast, OpenTable, Craftable and Microsoft Office.
Understand how to read a P&L, manage budgets and maintain cost control.
A passion for live music, hospitality, live comedy and delivering moments.
Strong people skills, clear communication, and a solution first mindset.
Someone ready to own a space, build culture, and grow with us.
