Full Job Description

Join The Good Life IV Team (Phoenix, Arizona)

The Good Life IV is a growing mobile IV therapy company serving Tucson and the surrounding areas. We are looking for reliable registered nurses who work hard, communicate well, and want room to lead.

Our team is made up of experienced registered nurses with medical oversight and clear clinical protocols. We also offer telemedicine as part of our care model.

The Role (1099 RN Contractor)

You will visit patients at their homes, hotels, or offices and complete IV appointments using The Good Life IV protocols and supplies.

You will commonly see clients looking for hydration and wellness support, including help with symptoms like:

dehydration and fatigue
nausea
headaches and migraines
cold and flu symptoms
travel recovery and hangover support
general wellness support

Pay (Simple 50/50 Split)

We keep this simple. Each completed appointment is a 50/50 split.

You earn 50% (you buy your own supplies)
The Good Life IV earns 50% (covers scheduling, dispatching calls, support, operations, marketing for calls, clinical oversight, NP approval on all calls, and growth)

More appointments means more pay. If you want volume, we want to give it to the nurses who show up and perform.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling
Full time and part time spots available
Work is on the road (visits in homes)

Requirements

Active Arizona RN license
BLS (required)
ACLS (required)
Reliable transportation and able to complete visits in homes
Strong IV skills and professional bedside manner
