Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry, particularly in fine dining settings. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that our guests receive top-notch service.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
Lead, train, and mentor staff, including assistant managers and servers, to foster a positive work environment.
Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process to build a skilled team.
Manage shift schedules effectively to optimize staffing levels during peak hours.
Oversee inventory control processes to maintain stock levels and minimize waste.
Implement food handling procedures that comply with health and safety regulations.
Develop and manage budgets to achieve financial goals while maintaining high standards of service.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to create menu items that reflect current trends and customer preferences.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining establishments.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Experience in budgeting, inventory control, and shift management.
Knowledge of food handling practices and health regulations.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff and guests.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
