Full Job Description

Hiring Regional Security Manager

$500 Sign On Bonus paid after first 90 days with no call outs, write ups, or tardiness.

AZ DPS Armed Guard card REQUIRED

AZ DHS FA Card preferred but not required

Full Time Salary Position

Applicants must posses their own duty appropriate firearm and MINIMUM Level 2 retention holster.

Position requires travel to East and West Phoenix

We are seeking vigilant and proactive Security Officer Regional Manager to safeguard our facilities, assets, and personnel. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through vigilant surveillance, effective conflict management, and prompt emergency response. Your dedication to safety and security will ensure a safe, welcoming atmosphere for everyone on site.

Responsibilities

Schedule employees across approximately 1000+ Man Hours a week.
Maintain Professional Client/Employee Relationships.
Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including entrances, exits, and sensitive areas, to ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
Manage access control by verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors; authorize entry as appropriate.
Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents or emergencies.
Handle conflict management situations professionally, de-escalating disputes and maintaining order on-site.
Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents requiring law enforcement intervention or emergency services.

Qualifications

Experience in management.
Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred.
Strong surveillance skills with knowledge of CCTV systems.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and decisively while maintaining professionalism.
Excellent conflict management skills with a focus on de-escalation strategies.
Knowledge of security protocols, emergency procedures, and legal regulations related to security operations.
Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods; capable of responding quickly during emergencies.
