Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and driven Registered Nurse (RN) to join our innovative aesthetic practice through a structured Training and Mentorship Pathway. This role is designed for nurses who are looking to break into the field of medical aesthetics with real, hands-on experience—not just certification.

Through our in-house program, The Injector Blueprint™, you will receive comprehensive training in neuromodulators (Botox/Letybo), dermal fillers, and patient assessment, followed by a guided mentorship period to build confidence and clinical skill. This opportunity is ideal for licensed nurses (or other healthcare professionals) who are eager to enter the aesthetics industry, gain experience with live models, and grow into a long-term injector role.

Top-performing candidates will have the opportunity to transition into a 1099 Aesthetic Injector position within our practice. Join a fast-paced, supportive environment focused on skill development, patient care, and career growth in aesthetic medicine.

Responsibilities

Participate in a 2-day, hands-on aesthetic injector training with live model experience
Perform aesthetic injections under supervision, including botulinum toxin and dermal filler treatments
Assist in patient consultations by understanding client goals and helping develop appropriate treatment plans
Provide clear pre- and post-treatment education to ensure patient safety and satisfaction
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of treatments, patient history, and consent forms
Engage in a 30-day mentorship period including model appointments, shadowing, and skill development
Deliver high-level customer service to create a welcoming and professional client experience
Support clinic operations including room setup, sanitation, and adherence to all safety protocols
Build confidence in treatment planning, technique, and patient communication through ongoing feedback

Experience

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
No prior aesthetic injector experience required—this is a training-based role
Strong interest in medical aesthetics and cosmetic procedures
Willingness to learn in a hands-on, fast-paced clinical environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
Prior experience in customer service, healthcare, or sales is a plus
Familiarity with social media or personal branding is beneficial but not required

Additional Information

This role follows a training-to-placement model and is not a traditional hourly position
Candidates are brought on through our in-house certification and mentorship program
Total program investment is $4,000, with a $500 deposit required to secure a training spot
Financing options are available, including plans as low as ~$131/month and 0% interest options for qualified applicants
No hard credit check required to view financing options
Top-performing candidates may be offered a long-term 1099 injector position following mentorship

Pay: $1,000.00 - $3,000.00 per week
