WE ARE HIRING!!!

We want to expand our Safeguard Team,

We are looking for an office receptionist, scheduler, collections person(s) to join our team! Someone with experience with client services. The receptionist candidate will be responsible for maintaining a first-class, professional, front-of-house service to clients, visitors, and staff, as well as managing the smooth and efficient running of reception processes. Schedulers will be responsible for mapping and routing customer orders and providing ETA and exceptional customer service. The role of a collections specialist is to serve as the liaison between the creditors and consumers of a company. They are in charge of observing accounts to identify overdue payments, report collection activity, address client queries, and develop repayment plans. Also known as a collections agent.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering and directing telephone calls and general query emails in a professional manner.

Communicating information and updates to relevant departments.

Meeting and greeting clients, visitors, and staff politely and professionally.

Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and shipments.

Assist in scheduling customers for building installation

General office duties: printing, scanning, photocopying, filing.

Assist Finance and Admin with various tasks and duties.

MUST have the ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment as a TEAM!

Skills and Experience

Excellent organization and communication skills.

Strong client service skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize work.

Ability to work both alone and as part of a team.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Drive, and Google Docs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
