About Flintrock Builders
Flintrock Builders is an innovative homebuilder creating high-quality, affordable, and beautiful homes that enrich the lives of our clients across Central Texas. We’re not just building houses, we’re crafting enduring and inspiring homes where quality, innovation, and community thrive.
Much like the flint rock we’re named after, we’ve been shaped and sharpened through some of the hottest and coldest markets in history. We’re resilient, we spark emotion and a burning desire for excellence, and we’re the tip of the spear against headwinds. But here’s what really sets us apart: we’re kind of bougee, luxurious in lifestyle yet humble in character. We bring our human to work every day, with deep respect for all our stakeholders—investors, employees, homeowners, trade partners, and families.
Our Culture: Work Hard, Have FUN!
At Flintrock Builders, we believe in “Work Hard, Have FUN!” You only get to do life once, so we’re going to enjoy it.
