The group is offering the opportunity to join a mature, service-oriented practice with a good payer mix in a family-friendly and team-oriented environment.

- 50/50 IP v. OP with shared call with group (Level III Trauma Center) & clinic responsibility
Wage Scale: $350,000 annually, plus benefits

Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center, the largest hospital in San Luis Obispo County, is a 162-bed facility that has served the community since 1959. Specializing in neurosurgery, orthopedics, obstetrics, perinatology, neonatology, pediatrics, cancer care and various medical, surgical, and outpatient services, it houses the largest Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in the region, the only dedicated pediatric unit in the county, and serves as the designated trauma center. Additionally, Sierra Vista is recognized as a Baby-Friendly USA facility.
