We are hiring Full-time COLLECTION ASSOCIATES in Tennessee to join our growing family!

Essential Functions of the Job:

· Engage in telephone contact with consumers

· Negotiate repayment terms in accordance with client and company specifications

· Complete and accurate account documentation

· Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies/procedures

· Adherence to work schedule

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Collection experience preferred but not required

Skills

· Comprehensive and working knowledge of collections is preferred

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Strong work ethic and commitment to succeed

· Computer basics, math skills and ability to use a calculator required

Pay Range

$16.00 - $26.00 per hour with monthly bonus pay potential

Office Hours:

· Monday -Thursday8am-10pm / Friday 8am-8pm / Saturday 8am-12pm

· Flexible weekly schedule
