Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Multi-site Front Desk Operations Area Manager to lead and oversee front desk functions across multiple hospitality locations. This energetic leader will ensure seamless guest experiences, uphold exceptional customer service standards, and manage daily operations with efficiency and professionalism. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory skills and a passion for hospitality management, driving operational excellence across all sites. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence guest relations, optimize revenue, and foster high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

The base pay is $85,000 per year, with a potential bonus based on performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily front desk operations at multiple hospitality properties, ensuring consistent delivery of guest services aligned with brand standards
Supervise front desk staff, including training, coaching, scheduling, and performance management to cultivate a motivated and customer-focused team
Manage property management systems (PMS) to ensure accurate record-keeping
Oversee financial operations related to front desk activities, including managing budgets and schedules
Uphold service standards by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction
Utilize managerial communication skills to facilitate effective team meetings, relay corporate updates, and implement operational improvements across all sites

Skills

Experience overseeing daily hotel or hospitality operations across multiple locations
Proven supervisory or managerial experience within the hospitality industry, including team management and leadership roles
Strong knowledge of office management principles and property management systems
Expertise in managing hospitality operations budgets, financial management, and cost control strategies
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on exceeding guest expectations and fostering positive guest relations
Familiarity with human resources practices related to staffing, training, and employee development in a hospitality setting
Ability to create and maintain multiple staff schedules, ensuring that all shifts are covered
