Traveling Project Manager

Lead Disaster Recovery Across the Country

Are you an experienced restoration professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments? We're looking for a Traveling Project Manager to lead large-loss restoration projects across the United States.

This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact by helping businesses and communities recover after major disasters while working with an established national restoration team.

This position requires nationwide travel and immediate deployment during catastrophe events.

What You'll Do

As the Catastrophe Response Project Manager, you will oversee disaster recovery projects from initial response through project completion.

Responsibilities include:

Be available for rapid deployment to disaster sites nationwide
Lead large-loss mitigation and restoration projects
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
Meet with property owners, adjusters, consultants, and stakeholders
Perform site inspections and develop scopes of work
Prepare project estimates and documentation
Obtain project authorizations and maintain accurate records
Ensure OSHA compliance and jobsite safety
Manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines
Support local branches during non-catastrophe operations as needed
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every project

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

Experience managing restoration, mitigation, or construction projects
Strong knowledge of water, fire, storm, and large-loss restoration
Experience with estimating and project management software
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
OSHA 30 Certification
Ability to travel nationwide with little notice
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field
IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, or similar)
Previous catastrophe response experience
Experience managing commercial and large-loss restoration projects
