Compass Behavioral Center of Houma is hiring!

We are looking for professionals who share our commitment to improving lives by passionately serving others.

We are currently hiring a full-time Therapist to be an integral part of our clinical team.

We are seeking Counselors and/or Social Workers for our outpatient department serving the adult population (18 years and older) with mental health and or substance use disorders. This position occupies a critical role on our treatment teams, requiring a professional who shares our commitment to providing quality treatment through teamwork and integrity. Responsibilities include conducting assessments and screenings, providing individual and psychotherapy groups, treatment planning, and guiding timely discharge planning.

Qualified candidates MUST hold a Master's degree from an accredited university and be licensed (LCSW/LMSW/PLPC/LPC) by the State of Louisiana to provide psychotherapy and the services outlined above.
