What You’ll Do
-
Welcome patients warmly and create a polished, professional first impression

Answer phones, assist patients with questions, and schedule appointments efficiently
-
Manage patient check-in and check-out and maintain accurate patient information
-
Maintain accurate records and support data entry and document management
-
Collect payments, balance transactions, and support basic financial clerical duties
-
Coordinate with the clinical team to keep patient flow smooth and schedules on track

Use communication scripts and office guidelines in person and over the phone, as assigned
What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or GED
-
Dental background preferred
-
Eaglesoft knowledge preferred
-
Strong customer service, organization, and professionalism

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Confident phone etiquette and excellent communication skills

Typing proficiency and attention to detail

A positive, dependable, team-first attitude and commitment to patient experience
