SUMMARY

Assists the Office Manager and Corporate Controller by performing the following duties:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

(Including the following. Other duties may be assigned.)

Process all in state and out of state title work utilizing DRL/DLR50, self-service and full service
Confirms amount to be issued to out of state counties for out of state title work
Customer refunds
Obtain missing or corrected documents from finance and/or customers
Post DLR/DLR50 transactions
Reassign titles received on trades
Check all title with electronic liens to see if they have been released if not request release
Apply for duplicate titles when needed
Post fee’s
File title’s accordingly
Process wholesales
Process purchases
Post deals
Dealer Trades
Create deal jackets
Clearing/cleaning schedules
Filing
Balancing credit card and cash deposits
Processing of accounts payable and receivables
Post Parts Invoices
Floor plan payoffs/curtailment payoffs
Flooring request
Reconcile parts statement
Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
Maintains a professional appearance and keeps work area neat and clean.
Be considerate and respectful to other employees.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
