Patient Advocate- Patient Representative

Description:

Ability to be assertive in sensitive situations

Ability to use common sense in dealing with people in various levels of medical and or personal crisis

Ability to work independently and be creative in seeking and providing resources and support to the customer

Ability to provide leadership to an evolving program with unpredictable events possible

Ability to organize material into a strategic work plan

Ability to use computer technology to retrieve and manage data

Education/Experience:
