Full Job Description

Want to move to Bozeman but can't afford housing, here is your once in a lifetime chance to live and work in the greater Bozeman area (Belgrade, MT).

We're looking for a friendly, full-time, live-in managers to be the heart of our Airport Valet & Storage facility. This unique opportunity is perfect for a 2 person team (but would consider the right solo person) looking for a cohesive professional and residential opportunity. Aside from managing a self storage facility, we also offer a valet service shuttling personal vehicles back and forth from the airport (about 3 miles).

Who You Are:The ideal candidates are the kind of people who light up a room customer-focused, adaptable, genuinely professional, and incredibly organized with the ability to self start and manage tasks independently. You thrive on teamwork and take pride in managing a successful property.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):This role is dynamic and requires a diverse skill set. Everything from front-office duties to property maintenance & client needs.

Facility & Financial Management: Ensuring rental payments are made in a timely manner and working on collections as needed. Maximizing Revenue and filling units with maximum value.

Administration: Expertly managing all aspects of property administration, including unit rentals, timely rent collection, bank deposit processing, and maintaining accurate records using specialized computer applications (Sitelink, Storable, Microsoft, Google Suite, Apple Applications & Quickbooks Basic Level).

Property Care & Maintenance: Ensuring the entire facility, from the grounds to vacated storage units, maintain a clean, inviting, and professional appearance. Performing minor building and property repairs, and occasionally handling garbage disposal runs.

Customer Service & Valet Duties(we have support staff to assist in these tasks, mainly managing them):

Valet Service: Providing prompt and safe shuttle service for our clients' vehicles to and from the Bozeman Airport (approx. 3 miles). This commitment holds true, rain or shine (or snow!).

Driving: Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver’s license, insured personal transportation. Confidence operating a motor vehicle safely in all conditions, including winter snow and ice, is a must.

Physical Requirements:

Equipment: Operating light equipment for essential winter snow removal.

Physical Readiness: Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and move freely across the property (walking uninhibited) for site inspections, security checks, and accessing vehicles.

Aptitude: A basic mechanical aptitude for minor repairs and general maintenance is essential.

A Few Must-Haves:Successful completion of a background check is required. Ability to provide professional, work-related references.
