About the Role
Face to Face Spa is seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Vancouver team.
Our Vancouver clinic has an established and active Botox membership and injectable client base, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced injector who enjoys building long-term client relationships and delivering comprehensive aesthetic care.
We are looking for more than someone who can simply perform a treatment. Our ideal provider is confident in facial assessment, Botox, dermal filler, treatment planning, client education, and aesthetic consultations and understands how to help clients achieve their goals through thoughtful, individualized recommendations.
Services
Our Vancouver providers currently perform or support services including:
- Botox and neuromodulator treatments
- Dermal fillers
- Laser Hair Removal
- DiamondGlow
- Ultherapy
- Coolsculpt
- Cooltone
- Professional skincare and homecare recommendations
Training may be provided on select Face to Face Spa services; however, significant hands-on Botox and injectable experience is strongly preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesAesthetic & Injectable Treatments
- Perform Botox/neuromodulator treatments safely, confidently, and consistently.
- Perform dermal filler and SKINVIVE treatments within scope, training, and established medical protocols.
- Conduct comprehensive facial assessments and aesthetic consultations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client goals, facial anatomy, clinical appropriateness, and desired outcomes.
- Perform Laser Hair Removal, DiamondGlow, chemical peels, and other approved Face to Face Spa services following required training and protocols.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injection technique, product selection, dosing, contraindications, and complication recognition.
- Obtain and document appropriate medical history, informed consent, treatment documentation, and clinical photography.
- Provide thorough pre- and post-treatment education.
- Follow all medical-director protocols, standing orders/prescriptions, infection-control standards, and Washington State requirements.
Client Experience & Retention
- Build strong, trusted relationships with our established Botox membership and aesthetic client base.
- Provide an elevated, professional, and personalized client experience.
- Educate clients on treatment options and develop appropriate long-term aesthetic plans rather than focusing only on the treatment requested that day.
- Rebook clients according to their recommended treatment schedule.
- Follow up appropriately after treatment and help maintain continuity of care.
- Deliver consistent outcomes that support client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Consultation & Recommendations
- Confidently discuss aesthetic goals and make clinically appropriate recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for complementary treatments such as filler, SKINVIVE, skincare, DiamondGlow, chemical peels, and other Face to Face Spa services when appropriate.
- Educate clients on professional skincare and homecare products.
- Support clinic membership, rebooking, service, and retail goals through education and individualized recommendations.
- Partner with the General Manager and clinic team to create an exceptional client journey from consultation through follow-up.
QualificationsRequired
- Active and unrestricted Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current required professional certifications and credentials.
- Hands-on medical aesthetics/injectable experience.
- Demonstrated experience administering Botox or other neuromodulators.
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and injection safety.
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently manage a busy treatment schedule while maintaining an exceptional client experience.
Strongly Preferred
- 2+ years of hands-on medical aesthetic injecting experience.
- Experience working in a high-volume Botox or injectable practice.
- Strong Botox/neuromodulator assessment and injection experience.
- Dermal filler experience, including facial assessment and balancing.
- Experience with SKINVIVE or similar injectable aesthetic treatments.
- Experience developing comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans.
- Experience with Laser Hair Removal or other aesthetic laser treatments.
- Experience with DiamondGlow, chemical peels, and professional skincare.
- Demonstrated success with client retention, rebooking, and treatment-plan conversion.
- Previous experience in a medical spa, cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, or other high-volume aesthetic practice.

- Maintain clean, sanitized, organized, and fully stocked treatment rooms.
- Properly maintain clinical equipment and supplies.
- Maintain accurate and timely client documentation.
- Participate in clinic events, promotions, training, and marketing initiatives.
- Support reasonable shared clinic responsibilities as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Follow all company policies, clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and medical-director guidance.
