$1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Community Bridges is looking for 1 less than part time Documentation Coordinator!

We are a non-profit agency founded in 1982 with a mission to advance the integration, growth, and interdependence of people with developmental disabilities within their own communities. Building on the strengths of over 1,100 individuals in the greater Capital Area and their families, we work to identify barriers of access to find creative solutions to develop meaningful community engagement.

The Documentation Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Service Coordination Department and to the agency as a whole. This position may be called upon for additional administrative tasks as needed from time to time.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access. Estudio's experience a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

There is a $1000 sign-on bonus for this position - $500 will be paid at the time of hire and $500 will be paid after 6 months in the role. *Please note, sign-on bonuses are for new hires only. Re-hires and transfers are not eligible at this time.

As this is a position completing 16 hours per week, PTOMedical Benefits are not provided

Mileage Reimbursement: Employees are reimbursed for approved mileage driven on the clock.

Paid Training: As an employee, you are paid your usual rate of pay while attending training!

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinates the life cycle of monthly electronic documentation for the Individual and Family Support department including downloading, tracking, sorting, submitting to Case Managers/Service Coordinators and to our Records Management system for electronic filing.
Runs various monthly reports for the Service Coordination department
Other duties as assigned by Senior Office Administrator

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Maintaining a professional business rapport with our external stakeholders and providing guidance to them when needed.
Organizational and analytical skills to take data and process it into clear useable format.
Time Management skills to meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and self-directed work skills.
Attention to detail and able to manage multiple discrete tasks simultaneously.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

Work Environment- must be able to self-manage work tasks. Some periods work flow is more demanding than others. Some periods of stress. Will periodically have a short deadline to complete tasks.
Physical Demands- must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time. Must be able to bend and reach and lift up to 10 pounds.

Travel: No travel required for this position
