Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented (Temporary ) Dealer Contact I based at our Danville, IL facility.
What You Will Do:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for dealer and customer inquiries related to orders, returns, credits, and account support.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process and monitor orders, claims, returns, and credit requests in accordance with established procedures.
- Provide updates on order status, shipments, and delivery information.
- Collaborate with teams across operations, logistics, inventory, quality, finance, and customer support to resolve issues and meet customer needs.
- Research and analyze information to identify solutions and ensure accurate transaction processing.
- Maintain records and documentation in accordance with company requirements.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Need ( Education):
- Bachelor's degree; or
- Associate degree with related experience; or
- High School Diploma/GED with relevant customer service, operations, or business experience.

- Written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Data entry and recordkeeping accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Experience & Abilities:
- Experience supporting customers, dealers, suppliers, or business partners.
- Experience processing orders, claims, returns, credits, or related transactions preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and departments.
- Comfortable handling competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Ability to investigate issues, analyze information, and make sound recommendations.
