Full Job Description

Come grow with a family-owned business for over 90 years, a leader in protein recycling, The Dupps Company. Our Toccoa, GA location is hiring for a Shop Fabricator.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Positions, aligns and fits components together

· Bolts, clamps, tack welds parts to secure in position for welding

· Following company welding standards, welds jobs in all welding positions

· Must be capable of setting and operating a cutting torch, carbon arc gouging and plasma arc cutting equipment safely and efficiently

Skills:

· Commitment to safety

· Must be able to carry up to 60 pounds

· Excellent attendance record

· Ability to read detailed blueprints

Education/Experience:

· Mig flux core 1.25-2 in steel welding experience

· Experience in operating a portable grinder (sizes 4 ½ %9’’)

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
