Full Job Description

Hires Dental Care is a premier practice that has served the Toledo community for over 30 years. We are looking for an enthusiastic new team member who makes each day and patient experience worth raving about! People and patients come first at Hires Dental Care. We invest in our team members by providing CE's during monthly lunch-in-learns, personalized coaching and trainings, and regular social and service activities. This is a full-time position (36-38 hours weekly).

Compensation for this position includes:

CE Assistance

Responsibilities:

Actively assist our dentist chair-side with room preparation, procedures, and documentation

Take quality radiographs/x-rays as determined by our dentists

Educate our patients regarding their treatment plans and how to maintain their oral health

Ensure we maintain compliance with regulatory and safety expectations

Assist, as needed, other clinical team members

Monitor our dental supplies levels and order using the approved formulary

Complete quality, appropriate lab work

Qualifications:

EFDA certification required

Current radiography certification required

Dental Assistant certification required

Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) preferred

Current certification to monitor Nitrous Oxide/Oxygen Analgesia preferred

Remain current on OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control Training
Current Immunizations (Hep B, TB)
CPR Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour
