This position is responsible for a more advanced level of development using Groovy/Grails and Dynamics and other tools for the new Enterprise Application System and for Athena. The position will also be expected to assist in Application Development help desks, report writing, and maintenance to existing applications.
Successful completion of 18 hours in computer science coursework or certification and one year experience coding, testing, and debugging application programs or two years experience coding, testing, debugging, and documenting application programs.
Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.
- Knowledge of IBM midrange computers and peripherals, and personal computers.

Education and/or experience in one or more of the following: Lotus Notes R5/ND6/ND7/LN8.5, iSeries, Java, Web Development, or Groovy.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and the ability to travel throughout the state as needed.

Must successfully pass a criminal history records check.

Must successfully pass a pre-employment urinalysis (UA) drug screening.
