Wellness Practitioner – AumBio & Client Experience

Pay: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience, plus bonuses and commissions
Job Type: Full-time preferred; part-time opportunities also available
Schedule: Weekday and weekend opportunities available
Location: Lawrence, Kansas — In person

About the Position

Experiencing Wellness, a new wellness center opening in Lawrence, Kansas, is seeking a compassionate, professional, and wellness-minded individual to join our team as a Wellness Practitioner – AumBio & Client Experience.

Our preference is to find an exceptional full-time team member who will become our primary AumBio practitioner, while also contributing to the broader Experiencing Wellness client experience and daily operation of the center. However, we are also interested in outstanding part-time candidates, including individuals interested in weekend hours.

This is a varied, client-facing position for someone who enjoys working with people, is interested in holistic and complementary wellness, and would like to learn innovative wellness technologies.

A primary responsibility will be providing AumBio personalized biofield services. You will receive specialized training to conduct non-invasive biofield readings and wellness sessions, work one-on-one with clients, and guide them through their personalized AumBio experience.

No previous biofield experience is required. We provide comprehensive training in AumBio technology, protocols, and the client experience.

When not working with AumBio clients, you will be part of the broader Experiencing Wellness team—welcoming and assisting guests, helping clients use wellness experiences and technologies, supporting daily operations, and helping us create an exceptional environment for everyone who visits the center.

We are looking first and foremost for the right person: someone who is compassionate, curious, dependable, comfortable learning new technology, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

What You'll DoAumBio & Personalized Wellness

Serve as a primary practitioner for our AumBio services.
Listen to clients' wellness goals, concerns, and priorities.
Conduct non-invasive biofield readings and wellness sessions according to established AumBio protocols.
Learn to confidently operate specialized biofield technology and equipment.
Review biofield information with clients and help translate it into clear, understandable wellness insights.
Guide clients through their appointments and explain AumBio services in approachable, easy-to-understand language.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
Complete initial AumBio training and participate in ongoing education and professional development.

Experiencing Wellness & Client Experience

Welcome guests and help create a warm, supportive, and professional environment.
Introduce clients to the wellness experiences and technologies available throughout the center.
Help clients understand how to comfortably and appropriately use wellness equipment and experiences.
Answer questions and help clients navigate their visits.
Assist with scheduling, client communication, and other day-to-day center activities.
Help maintain clean, organized, comfortable, and inviting wellness spaces.
Support other members of the team and assist with general center operations as needed.
Help us build relationships with our members and create a genuine sense of community.

Who We're Looking For

You do not need previous biofield experience to apply. We are hiring for character, communication skills, curiosity, and the ability to learn; specialized AumBio training will be provided.

Works well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Is available for a regular schedule; weekend availability is especially welcome.

Experience in wellness, fitness, spa services, hospitality, healthcare support, customer service, coaching, or another client-centered profession is helpful, but not required.

Compensation & Schedule

$20–$25 per hour, depending on experience.
Additional opportunities for bonuses and commissions.
Full-time employment is preferred.
Part-time candidates are also encouraged to apply.
Experiencing Wellness will be open seven days a week, creating opportunities for both weekday and weekend schedules.
Specific schedules will be discussed based on the needs of the center and candidate availability.
