Full Job Description

Job Position: Inside Sales Representative

Location: TOPEKA, KS 66609

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Description:

Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate products or services to meet their requirements.
Generate and qualify leads to drive sales growth and achieve individual and team sales targets.
Provide product or service information to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain an updated and accurate customer database and sales records using CRM software.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations or proposals to prospective clients.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strategies.
Follow up on leads and quotes to convert them into sales.

Qualifications & Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools for tracking and managing customer interactions.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in virtual communication.
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related roles is advantageous but not required.
