Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Concession Stand Supervisor / Assistant Manager, where you will lead the daily operations of our concession services with energy and enthusiasm! This role is perfect for someone passionate about food service management, team leadership, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee food preparation, manage inventory, operate POS systems, and ensure smooth shift operations—all while fostering a fun, fast-paced environment. Your leadership will help create memorable moments for our guests and drive the success of our concession offerings.

Duties

Supervise daily concession stand operations, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food presentation.
Train and mentor staff on food preparation, safety protocols, POS systems (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS), and customer service standards.
Oversee food handling, cooking, and production processes to maintain compliance with food safety regulations.
Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
Handle transactions accurately using POS systems, reconcile daily sales.
Coordinate shift schedules, supervise staff performance, and support team development through ongoing training.
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are consistently met across all operational areas.

Qualifications

Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management.
Demonstrated supervisory or assistant manager experience within the food industry or hospitality management roles.
Knowledge of food safety management practices and inventory control procedures.
Excellent communication skills for managing teams, training staff, and engaging with customers effectively.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic math skills for order accuracy, and profit/loss analysis.
